Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Business Development and Partnerships to join our dynamic Commercialization Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping our strategic roadmap, leading exploratory discussions with partners, assessing market potential for our high-durability carbon removals, and crafting innovative go-to-market strategies.

About You

We are looking for a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in business development, account management, or strategic partnerships within the technology or high-growth/early-stage startup realm. You should have a strong track record of negotiating complex deals and partnerships, and be comfortable operating in ambiguity and making informed decisions with incomplete data. You should also be a collaborative consensus builder with strong communication skills, adept at engaging both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Shape our strategic roadmap and develop innovative go-to-market strategies
  • Lead exploratory discussions with partners and assess market potential for our high-durability carbon removals
  • Craft and negotiate complex deals and partnerships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including strategy, finance, marketing, policy, and operations
  • Report directly to the Head of BD & Partnerships
