Lead a Team of Fitness Professionals

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Studio Manager to lead our team of fitness professionals. As a Studio Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of our studio, including managing staff, leading classes, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of fitness professionals to deliver high-quality classes and services
  • Manage studio operations, including scheduling, inventory, and customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive membership growth and retention
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve studio goals and objectives
  • Ensure a safe and clean studio environment for members and staff
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a fitness or retail management role
  • Proven track record of success in leading a team and driving sales growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Passion for fitness and customer service
