Job Title: Business Development Center Representative

Culver City Chevrolet is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Center Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for communicating with customers through email and phone calls to schedule appointments for customers to visit our dealership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and gather information about their vehicle preferences, trade-in details, and goals.
  • Research and develop lists of potential clients and identify business opportunities.
  • Follow up on sales leads and make cold calls to potential clients.
  • Schedule appointments with customers to visit our dealership and meet with a salesperson.
  • Consult regularly with the Internet Director and follow established prospecting steps and procedures.
  • Remain knowledgeable of new products, features, and processes.
  • Attend sales meetings and training sessions as scheduled.
  • Meet or exceed written forecast and projection numbers.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Knowledge of automotive products and services a plus.
