Tier1usa is seeking a Regional Operations Supervisor to enhance our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the overall management of all property and facility operations within your designated accounts. This entails ongoing collaboration with the Vice President of Operations and all relevant personnel at the assigned locations.

Your role will ensure effective communication between corporate strategies and field operations. You will closely interact with resident managers, property supervisors, Tier1usa Managers, and other key contacts at the properties where Tier1usa delivers its services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train, mentor, and support on-site staff to uphold Tier1usa's policies, procedures, and high standards.
  • Anticipate client needs, adapt to seasonal business changes, and make strategic adjustments as necessary.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain optimal conditions, safety, risk management, and customer service standards.
  • Facilitate clear communication and execution of directives from the executive team and department leaders.
  • Propose and implement operational enhancements as required.
  • Ensure that each location reflects Tier1usa's core values and commitments.
  • Organize team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions with on-site managers.
  • Participate in meetings and foster relationships with all relevant on-site stakeholders.
  • Provide leadership to management, inspiring them to deliver an exceptional customer experience aligned with Tier1usa's standards.
  • Promote a culture of safety that is evident in all daily operations.
  • Oversee the performance of operational budgets and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
  • Deliver performance updates to the Vice President of Operations.
  • Ensure adherence to operational procedures and best practices at every location.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability in qualitative and quantitative decision-making.
  • Strong business acumen with the capability to manage multiple locations.
  • Proven success in achieving and surpassing goals.
  • Experience in recruiting, coaching, and training teams to create a premier brand experience.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, with the capacity to commute to various locations in one day.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Willingness to obtain Lifeguard Certification.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Appreciation for fitness and healthy living.
