Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Director of Advanced Operations to join our team at Quest Diagnostics. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and strategic growth across our regional operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to our regional operations team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a high-performing team of operations professionals, providing coaching, development, and performance management.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational performance.
  • Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and vendors.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering, operations, or business discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum of five years of experience in a high-volume regulated production operation environment, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and strategic growth.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to drive process improvements and strategic planning. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
