Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and optimize property performance.
  • Coordinate with asset management teams to prepare annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Ensure timely completion of budgeted capital improvements and minimize delinquencies.
  • Review and approve annual rent increase proposals and ensure compliance with local and state regulations.
  • Maintain the condition and appearance of property facilities to company standards.
  • Train staff to provide excellent guest and resident relations through ongoing communications and responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with managers to promote community rules and maintain property appearance.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members and promote a collaborative team environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of regional-level property management experience, preferably in multifamily or resort operations.
  • Supervisory and leadership experience.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
