KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

PRIORITIZE GUEST SATISFACTION

Serve as an advocate for our guests, consistently providing outstanding service, gathering valuable feedback, and proactively addressing and resolving any guest concerns.

LEVERAGE OPPORTUNITIES

Maximize all business prospects in your area by implementing our marketing strategies to boost sales (including leagues and open play bowling).

COLLABORATE WITH LEAGUES

Build and sustain strong relationships with league bowlers and officials to enhance our league business; follow league formats, disseminate league updates, and perform necessary administrative tasks related to our leagues.

BUILD A HIGH-PERFORMING TEAM

Aid in the recruitment, training, and scheduling of a skilled team of hourly center staff.

DEMONSTRATE AND DEVELOP MANAGEMENT SKILLS

Inspire and lead the team through effective motivation; utilize the unique strengths of your team members to ensure guest satisfaction and optimize center productivity by working alongside your team daily.

ENHANCE FOOD & BEVERAGE SALES

Assist in managing and expanding your center's Food & Beverage program, ensuring top-notch quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction in our dining services. Provide ongoing training and supervision to guarantee consistent execution of corporate initiatives and standards, fostering a vibrant sales culture.

MAINTAIN FLEXIBILITY

Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, along with extended workdays as required by your center.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma (Bachelor's Degree preferred) A strong commitment to excellent guest service 1-2 years of experience in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or Restaurants Effective communication skills Strong team player and talent developer Thrives in a fast-paced environment

WORK ENVIRONMENT/ PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Typical entertainment center environment where you will walk, bend, and stand for extended periods, and may lift objects with assistance.

The approximate pay range for this position is $22.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as the geographic location of the position.
