  • Collaborates effectively with team members to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
  • Utilizes available resources, technology, and tools efficiently to fulfill work requirements.

  • Actively engages in problem-solving and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Adheres to all safety protocols and procedures, including ESD guidelines.

Education and Experience:
High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience, along with a minimum of 6 months of assembly experience.

Work Environment:
The role is performed in a climate-controlled assembly environment under standard production conditions. Employees may occasionally encounter fumes, caustic chemicals, and electric shock risks, necessitating strict adherence to safety guidelines.

While performing job duties, employees are regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers, reach with arms, talk, and hear. Frequent activities include stooping, kneeling, crouching, and lifting weights up to 50 pounds.
