Head of Licensing Sales Onboarding

Design and execute comprehensive programs aimed at enhancing the onboarding experience for new Licensing Representatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration and high-quality training initiatives. Identify and cultivate new business prospects while formulating strategic development plans.
LOCATION
Position based in Nashville, TN office, with a hybrid work model requiring in-office attendance three days a week.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engage in the selection process for candidates applying for Inside Sales positions.
- Oversee the onboarding schedule and necessary resources for new hires.
- Conduct training sessions and evaluations for new team members.
- Develop initiatives focused on growth and professional development for the Licensing Sales team.
- Streamline documentation related to the Inside Sales new business processes.
Lead and mentor team members within the department.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education: A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
Experience: At least seven years of experience in coaching and quality development, with a background in call quality platforms essential.

- Outstanding presentation capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational and planning abilities.
- Ability to adapt and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and educational background. Additional performance-based bonuses may be available.
