Key Responsibilities

  • Engage collaboratively with artists, agents, managers, promoters, and marketing teams to optimize revenue across diverse ticketing platforms, emphasizing the strategic importance of ticketing as a revenue driver.
  • Establish and oversee a systematic reporting schedule, adapting it to meet the dynamic needs of tours and departmental requirements.
  • Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of sales across both Ticketmaster and alternative platforms.
  • Create tailored reporting formats in Excel to effectively communicate the financial performance of tours.
  • Manage distribution lists for reporting, ensuring all relevant stakeholders receive timely sales updates.
  • Leverage various Ticketmaster TMI products to extract and analyze pertinent sales data.
  • Provide administrative support and customer service as required.

Qualifications

  • Highly organized with a strong focus on scheduling, effective time management, and consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Possesses in-depth knowledge of ticketing processes and inventory management, with experience in box office, venue, or event oversight.
  • A creative thinker and resourceful problem-solver with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, capable of developing macros and complex formulas to present data effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to extract necessary information from colleagues across various organizations.
  • Experienced in generating comprehensive financial reports.
