The Sales Consultant role is essential for achieving membership sales, providing outstanding customer service, and fostering team collaboration. The ideal candidate will possess a strong motivation and commitment to expanding the OTF membership community while delivering high-quality customer service. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: · Successfully sells tailored OTF memberships and additional studio offerings · Effectively manages multiple tasks and excels in a dynamic, high-energy setting while meeting productivity goals · Warmly welcomes members and guests, ensuring a friendly and positive experience · Maintains precise records using established OTF sales systems · Conducts sales outreach and follow-up calls with ease · Leads OTF studio tours for potential members and/or fitness program participants · Diligently follows the daily studio cleaning checklist (pre/during/post) shift activities · Keeps the lobby/front desk area organized and tidy · Proactively contacts potential clients and current members to boost memberships and enhance member retention · Responds promptly to member inquiries, requests, and concerns · Accurately processes onboarding documents for new members · Collaborates closely with the Fitness Team to ensure a seamless onboarding and member experience · Participates in all relevant OTF training programs and team meetings JOB REQUIREMENTS: · A positive mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for health and wellness · Strong presentation skills and a commitment to making a difference in lives · Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment · Excellent customer service abilities, both in-person and over the phone · Previous sales experience with a proven track record in a sales-driven environment is highly preferred · Basic computer skills required – proficiency in MS Office programs · High school diploma is mandatory.
