Multifamily Compliance Specialist

About the Role
As a Multifamily Compliance Specialist at Allied Residential, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with tax credit regulations across our multifamily properties. This role involves traveling to assigned communities to assist with compliance activities, preparing and distributing annual recertification notices, and completing move-in, interim, annual, and initial certifications.
We offer a competitive salary of $25-$28 per hour, depending on experience. Additionally, you will have access to benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as 9 paid holidays and a retirement plan with company matching up to 1%.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong leadership skills, professionalism, and attention to detail. You must also have proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365 and industry-specific platforms such as Yard or RealPage.
