Tax Credit Compliance Associate

Allied Residential seeks a skilled Residential Property Tax Specialist to join our dynamic team in the Puget Sound region. As a vital member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with tax credit regulations, preparing and distributing critical documentation, and participating in regular meetings and trainings. About You
We are looking for a seasoned professional with six months to one year of related experience and/or training. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word, will be crucial in this role. Additionally, your familiarity with remote work platforms and industry-specific tools like Yard or RealPage will be advantageous.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
- Develop and implement cost-saving measures
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Participate in regular meetings and trainings as assigned
Salary and Benefits
This exciting opportunity offers a salary range of $25-$28 per hour, along with an attractive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Full-time employees enjoy 152 Hours or 19 days of PTO per year, with the option to carry over up to 80 hours annually. Tuition assistance and 9 Paid Holidays are also part of our competitive compensation package.
