Fire Door Compliance Specialist

At D.H. Pace Company, Inc., we are seeking a skilled Commercial Fire Door Inspector to lead our compliance program and promote a values-based service philosophy. Located in Seattle, WA, this role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities.
About the Job- Complete field inspections to determine pass/fail based on codes and standards.
- Submit reports of findings based on code/standards.
- Attach QR code stickers on openings as required.
- Take photos of openings and deficiencies as required.
- Upload inspection data daily from a tablet (daily sync).
- Maintain a safe working environment and clean up job sites upon completion.
We offer competitive compensation including an estimated annual salary of $60,000 - $80,000 based on experience, plus benefits such as medical, dental, and vision options, paid time off, paid holidays, floating holidays, 401k retirement plan with employer match, and more.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Basic Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to operate a computer, phone, and other productivity devices.
- Experience reading, interpreting, and applying commercial building codes and standards is a plus.
