About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Compliance Professional - Tax Credits to join our team at Allied Residential. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with tax credit regulations across our multifamily properties, including preparing and distributing annual recertification notices and completing move-in, interim, annual, and initial certifications.

This role offers a competitive salary of $25-$28 per hour, depending on experience, as well as access to benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, and a retirement plan with company matching up to 1%.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
