Corporate Safety Specialist

MCGEE AIR SERVICES seeks a skilled Corporate Safety Specialist to lead our safety communication efforts. As a key member of our Corporate Safety & Compliance team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing effective safety programs and initiatives that foster a culture of open communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Responsible for the execution or delivery of established safety communications based on quality control data pool and analysis.
- Work closely with the Quality Control team to ensure that safety communication is data-driven and leverages the latest safety trends, analysis, and insights.
- Analyze and report on McGee's safety communication strategic initiatives and provide data-informed recommendations for process improvement and optimization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety promotion best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Two (2) years of airline experience with proven skills in station operations, including one of the following areas: ground operations, cargo handling, fleet service, and/or passenger service preferred.
- Degree/proven experience in Digital Visual Arts, or a related field is a plus.
We offer a competitive salary range of $67,725.00 - $80,000.00 and a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, travel privileges, and tuition reimbursement.
