As a Residential Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our community, working closely with the Community Manager to deliver exceptional resident experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Community Manager in all aspects of property management, including leasing, marketing, and customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner, providing excellent customer service to residents, vendors, and partners.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in property management or related field.
  • Proficiency in Yardi software and general office software, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • A valid driver's license.

Benefits:

  • $26-$28 per hour.
  • Full-time employees earn 152 hours or 19 days of PTO per year, with the ability to carry over up to 80 hours annually.
