Affordable Housing Compliance Coordinator

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience with affordable housing programs and regulatory compliance, as well as strong computer skills and the ability to communicate effectively with onsite staff, Portfolio Managers, and Compliance team members.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with property program compliance requirements, including timely annual certification process and agency reports.
- Conduct applicant/resident certification interviews, gather eligibility documents, and complete files for submission to third-party auditors.
- Process certification files accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain positive communication with onsite staff, Portfolio Managers, and Compliance team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience with affordable housing programs and regulatory compliance.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office and Google Apps.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Estimated Salary: $42,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience.
