We seek a dedicated professional who values teamwork and collaboration. A minimum of two years of experience in youth services is essential, including prior supervisory responsibilities. Our outpatient facility offers a variety of support services, including referrals, intake assistance, billing, and marketing support. Candidates must possess a valid California license with an initial commitment of one year and the potential for ongoing involvement.

Key Responsibilities


At GROW THROUGH LIFE COUNSELING INC., our clinicians are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of their designated location while prioritizing patient care.

The role involves guaranteeing that every patient experiences a welcoming environment from the moment they arrive until their treatment concludes.

Clinicians will be present at the location where they meet clients, expected to foster a positive, calm, and professional atmosphere. They will contribute to an uplifting office morale and collaborate closely with other clinical leaders across locations, reporting to the director of clinical administration.

Clinical Leadership Duties:

  • Ensure a positive client experience at the office location (including telehealth clients)
  • Consult with licensed staff as needed (plus monthly licensed consultation)
  • Conduct monthly check-ins with all clinicians at the office
  • Assist in onboarding and ongoing training for new staff members
  • Independently problem-solve and develop solutions
  • Be available in the office for safety concerns, inquiries, and consistent support
  • Participate in interviewing potential candidates for the location when necessary
  • Communicate with the Clinical Leader regarding office supplies
  • Liaise with leadership on clinical matters and hiring concerns
  • Attend monthly Clinical consultation meetings
  • Meet individually once a month with the Clinical Leader

Qualifications

  • Must hold a valid California license
  • Experience in Military Culture is preferred
  • Proficient in assessment and diagnosis
  • Skilled in treatment planning
  • Experienced in delivering outpatient care
  • Willingness to work with couples is advantageous
  • Familiarity with military populations is a plus
  • Ability to provide clinical supervision
