Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounting Manager to join our finance team at PCORP Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a proven track record of managing financial operations and leading a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Operations Management: Oversee all financial and accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, and report variances.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and publish monthly financial reports, supported by visual aids such as charts, tables, and graphs.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting and research technical accounting issues for compliance.
  • Credit Management: Monitor all aspects of credit, including leasing contracts, consumer loans, and credit cards.
  • Financial Close Process: Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
  • Internal Controls: Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and manage the finance department staff.
Requirements and Skills
  • Education and Experience: Degree in accounting and 5+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience.
  • Accounting Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
  • Financial Software: Excellent accounting software user and administration skills.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership, organization, interpersonal, and communication skills.
