The Technical Success team is dedicated to ensuring the secure and efficient implementation of ChatGPT and OpenAI API applications for developers and enterprises.
We serve as trusted advisors and strategic partners for our clients, helping them to fully leverage the value of our models and products.
As a Solutions Engineer in the Strategics segment, you will assist major corporations in transforming their operations through innovative solutions such as customer support, automated content creation, and unique applications utilizing our latest models.
About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned solutions expert to collaborate with our clients and guarantee they derive measurable business benefits from our models via ChatGPT and the OpenAI API.
You will engage with senior business leaders to comprehend their pre-sales requirements, guide their AI initiatives, and pinpoint the most valuable use cases and applications.
Your role will involve working alongside business and technical teams to showcase the advantages of our solutions and propose architectural frameworks to initiate their implementation and development.
You will closely collaborate with Strategics Sales, Solutions Architecture, Customer Success, Security, and Product teams, reporting directly to the Head of Solutions Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will:
- Provide an outstanding pre-sales customer experience for Strategics prospects and clients by delivering technical expertise, articulating the value proposition, and addressing product, API, and LLM-related inquiries.
- Illustrate how utilizing OpenAI APIs and ChatGPT can fulfill clients' business objectives and yield significant business value. This includes creating and presenting demonstrations, defining use cases, recommending architectural frameworks, and offering comprehensive technical advice.
- Generate and maintain documentation, guides, and FAQs related to common inquiries and requirements identified during the pre-sales phase.
- Build and sustain strong client relationships throughout the evaluation, validation, and purchasing stages.
- Encourage customer advocacy and represent the client's voice within internal teams by collecting and communicating customer feedback, identifying trends across clients, and integrating them into product development.
- Act as the primary point of contact for security and compliance inquiries, clarifying standardized materials, directing clients to relevant resources, and escalating complex requirements to the appropriate teams.
Qualifications
You will excel in this role if you:
- Possess over 7 years of experience in a technical pre-sales capacity, managing C-level technical and business relationships with complex global organizations.
- Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of IT security principles and customer needs for technical B2B SaaS products, with experience in providing advanced security and compliance support.
- Have industry experience in programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
- Have successfully delivered prototypes of Generative AI or traditional ML solutions and possess knowledge of network/cloud architecture.
- Are an effective presenter and communicator capable of translating business and technical concepts to diverse audiences, including senior executives. Take ownership of challenges from start to finish and are eager to acquire any necessary knowledge to complete tasks.
