About the Team
The Technical Success team is dedicated to ensuring the secure and efficient implementation of ChatGPT and OpenAI API applications for developers and enterprises.

We serve as trusted advisors and strategic partners for our clients, ensuring that developers and enterprises derive maximum value from our models and products.

As a Solutions Engineer within the Strategics segment, you will assist major corporations in transforming their operations through solutions such as customer support, automated content creation, and innovative applications utilizing our latest and most advanced models.

About the Role
We are in search of a seasoned solutions leader to collaborate with our clients and guarantee they realize substantial business value from our models via ChatGPT and the OpenAI API.

You will engage with senior business stakeholders to comprehend their pre-sales requirements, guide their AI strategies, and pinpoint the most valuable use cases and applications.

Your role will involve working alongside business and technical teams to showcase the benefits of our solutions and suggest architectural frameworks to initiate their implementation and development.

You will closely collaborate with Strategics Sales, Solutions Architecture, Customer Success, Security, and Product teams, reporting directly to the Head of Solutions Engineering.

Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will:

  • Provide an outstanding pre-sales customer experience for Strategics prospects and clients by offering technical expertise, articulating the value proposition, and addressing product, API, and LLM-related inquiries.
  • Illustrate how utilizing OpenAI APIs and ChatGPT can fulfill clients' business requirements and deliver significant business value. This encompasses creating and presenting demonstrations, defining use cases, recommending architectural patterns, and offering comprehensive technical advice.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, guides, and FAQs related to common inquiries and requirements identified during the pre-sales phase.
  • Build and cultivate strong client relationships throughout the evaluation, validation, and purchasing stages.
  • Promote customer advocacy and represent the client's voice within internal teams by collecting and communicating customer feedback, identifying trends across clients, and integrating them into product development.
  • Act as the primary resource for security and compliance inquiries, clarifying standardized materials, directing clients to relevant resources, and escalating complex requirements to the appropriate teams.

Qualifications
You will excel in this role if you possess:

  • 7+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales capacity, managing C-level technical and business relationships with complex global organizations.
  • A comprehensive understanding of IT security principles and customer requirements for technical B2B SaaS products, with experience providing advanced security and compliance support.
  • Industry experience in programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
  • Experience delivering prototypes of Generative AI or traditional ML solutions and familiarity with network/cloud architecture.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, capable of translating business and technical concepts to diverse audiences, including senior leadership. You take ownership of challenges and are willing to acquire any necessary knowledge to accomplish your tasks.

Compensation Range:
$220K - $280K
