Job Summary:
As a Siemens OPCenter Execution Pharma Functional Consultant, you will be assessing the requirements, interacting with business stakeholders to gather requirements, and working with MES engineers to design, configure, and test the system. You will also be involved in creating necessary documents, leading a team, and reporting status to management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the manufacturing process and identify areas for improvement.
- Create User Requirements Specifications (URS) and System Architecture documents.
- Develop a deep understanding of the core solution and its capabilities.
- Create a Validation Plan and identify common processes across manufacturing sites.
- Design Global Process Improvements (PIs) that can be used across sites.
- Validate PIs and create necessary documents.
- Design PIs as per site requirements.
Work Authorization:
Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
Compensation and Benefits:
Cognizant offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $110 K/Annum to 140K/Annum, and eligibility for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program. We also offer a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid holidays, paid time off, 401(k) plan, and employee stock purchase plan.
