Job Summary

As a Billing and Payment Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate payments to sales representatives, while providing exceptional customer service to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process daily/weekly data files to ensure accurate billing and payment processing.
  • Deliver timely and accurate payments to sales representatives, eliminating billing issues and discrepancies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist with the month-end close process, providing support to the accounting team as needed.
  • Monitor and audit data reporting, escalating concerns to management as necessary.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field.
  • 0-2 years of related work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • Salesforce experience a plus.
  • High energy, self-starter with ability to take initiative with minimal guidance and supervision.
