This position is essential for ensuring the timely execution of various on-site tasks, delivering exceptional customer service, and achieving overall client satisfaction.

Your Impact

Main Responsibilities:

  • Proactively communicates with supervisors regarding potential issues or client concerns.
  • Reviews and addresses management and client inquiries through various communication channels including emails, phone calls, and in-person discussions.
  • Maintains a strong emphasis on delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Contributes to the development of the Site Procedure Guide to accurately document all account processes.
  • Monitors workflow and balances job assignments among team members to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Responsible for training team members on any changes to workflows or procedures.
  • Manages daily and monthly records related to service activities.
  • Effectively engages with both clients and team members.
  • May act as the primary contact for clients regarding daily operations and participate in client meetings concerning account activities.
  • Responsibilities may include tasks related to Copy/Print Production, Copier Maintenance, Mail/Courier Services, Reception/Office Services, Shipping/Receiving, Inventory Management, and Records Management, depending on the assigned location.
  • Participates in cross-functional training to ensure readiness to cover roles during staffing shortages.
  • Site responsibilities and coverage locations may vary based on client and division requirements.

Mail/Courier Services:

  • Ensures the accurate and timely receiving, sorting, delivery, pickup, and processing of all courier items, interoffice mail, and various classes of postal mail.
  • Tracks courier and accountable items such as FedEx, UPS, and Certified Mail.
  • Investigates and routes unidentified or generic mail.
  • Logs, delivers, and tracks messenger items efficiently.
  • Responds promptly to customer requests.
  • Conducts routine maintenance of equipment.
  • Records and monitors customer inquiries and the fulfillment of requests.

About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring

This role is customer-facing and requires adherence to client policies and protocols, which may include health and safety measures.

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required, along with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment is essential.
  • Proficient computer skills and technical knowledge are necessary.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills are a must.
  • Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
  • Must take necessary steps to obtain security clearances required by clients.
  • May require travel between multiple client locations and possession of a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand, bend, walk, reach, and pull for extended periods while performing duties.
