Job Summary

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing customer transactions, and promoting banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial well-being and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
  • Transaction Processing: Process a variety of customer interactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
  • Product Referrals: Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and refer as appropriate.
  • Lobby Engagement: Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
  • Problem Solving: Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems.
Requirements
  • Customer Focus: Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions.
  • Risk Management: Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with business objectives and activities to ensure adherence to PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
