Your Impact

Main Responsibilities:

  • Proactively communicates with supervisors regarding potential issues or client concerns.
  • Efficiently reviews and addresses management and client inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Maintains a strong emphasis on delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Assists in the development of the Site Procedure Guide to accurately document all account processes.
  • Monitors workflow and job distribution among team members, ensuring completion of tasks within service level agreements.
  • Responsible for training and informing the team about any changes in procedures or workflows.
  • Manages daily and monthly records related to service activities.
  • Facilitates effective communication with both clients and staff.
  • May act as the primary contact for clients regarding daily operations and participate in client meetings.
  • Responsibilities may encompass Copy/Print Production, Copier Maintenance, Mail/Courier Services, Reception/Office Services, Shipping/Receiving, Inventory Services, and File Room/Records Management, depending on the assigned location.
  • Participates in cross-functional training to ensure coverage during staffing shortages.

Mail/Courier Services:

  • Ensures prompt and accurate handling of receiving, sorting, delivering, picking up, and processing all courier items and mail.
  • Tracks and manages courier and accountable items.
  • Investigates and directs unidentified and generic mail.
  • Logs and tracks messenger items.
  • Responds to client requests efficiently.
  • Conducts routine maintenance of equipment.
  • Records and monitors customer inquiries and the fulfillment of requests.

About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring

This role is customer-facing and requires adherence to client policies, which may include health and safety protocols.

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required, along with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in a customer service environment is essential.
  • Proficient computer skills and technical knowledge are necessary.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills are a must.
  • Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
  • Must take necessary steps to obtain security clearances required by clients.
  • May require travel between client locations and possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and spend extended periods standing, bending, walking, and reaching.

Compensation: In accordance with applicable law, the anticipated hourly rate for this role is $25.49.
