Customer Service Liaison

**Job Summary**
Cox Communications is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
**Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- One year of customer service experience required
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of customer service software and systems
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Knowledge of Cox Communications products and services
- Experience with customer service software and systems
- Ability to work in a team environment
