Overview

The Law Offices of Brandon White, PLLC is seeking a Senior Estate Planning Attorney to lead our Estate Planning Division. This role is pivotal in the formulation and implementation of all estate planning documentation while overseeing the daily functions of the division. The ideal candidate will ensure that clients receive a professional and exemplary experience throughout their engagement with our firm.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Estate Planning Attorney will:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of client requirements to deliver tailored estate planning solutions.
  • Review and finalize client documentation with a strong emphasis on precision, compliance, and legal integrity.
  • Enhance client satisfaction by fostering positive experiences and nurturing long-term relationships.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes to ensure adherence and safeguard the firm's reputation.
  • Utilize the firm's matter management system to record notes and track time on cases.
  • Promote and exemplify the firm's culture and core values.
  • Supervise and manage the daily workflow of the support staff.
  • Facilitate weekly meetings for the division.
  • Regularly assess all open matters in the division for budgetary compliance, status, and progress.
  • Manage performance through ongoing support, counseling, and constructive feedback.
  • Oversee training and development initiatives for both new and existing team members.
  • Address and resolve issues related to technology, personnel, or client matters within the division.
  • Drive referral marketing through existing and past clients while seeking new external opportunities.
  • Enhance the firm's community presence by organizing and participating in events such as webinars and marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by evaluating service quality and productivity, recommending improvements as necessary.
  • Develop and implement streamlined processes for efficient client case management within the firm's systems.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in estate planning, probate, ALTCS/Medicaid Planning, Guardianships, and Conservatorships.
  • Proven experience in drafting estate planning documents and preparing probate filings.
  • A commitment to serving clients and fostering excellent client relationships.
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • A strong work ethic and self-motivated approach are essential.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with intake and paralegal staff.
  • Reliability and dependability are critical.

Compensation

The compensation package is competitive and commensurate with experience, including a base salary ranging from $135,000 to $160,000, alongside a generous additional compensation program based on division revenue. Opportunities exist to achieve an annual income of $250,000. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 401K with matching, health and dental insurance, paid time off, and referral bonuses. Continuing legal education expenses are covered for approved programs. This position allows for a hybrid work environment with some mandatory in-office days.
