This individual should possess comprehensive knowledge of the local market and current real estate trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate contracts effectively with buyer's representatives to secure optimal deals.
  • Generate new leads through collaboration with sales agents and proactively schedule listing appointments.
  • Engage in prospecting and lead generation initiatives to cultivate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct listing presentations with potential sellers, ensuring outstanding customer service.
  • Manage all aspects of MLS and marketing listings, including completing necessary paperwork, posting to MLS, and executing a marketing strategy for swift sales.
Qualifications:
  • A collaborative team player who understands that individual success contributes to team success.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the real estate sector.
  • Efficient and prompt in completing tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to set and close appointments via phone.
Compensation: $100,000+ at plan commission.
