A thriving personal injury law firm is seeking a skilled attorney with 5-10 years of experience in representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases. The ideal candidate will have the capability to manage cases from initial consultation through to resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve pre-litigation cases effectively
  • Maintain and organize client documentation
  • Assist with client intakes as necessary
  • Provide regular updates to clients
  • Negotiate lien settlements
  • Support file management processes
  • Draft demand letters
  • Engage in settlement negotiations
  • Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, medical professionals, and opposing legal counsel
  • Ensure clients are kept informed and receive necessary correspondence
  • Conduct Law and Motion practices
  • Depending on experience, participate in Early Meetings, Client Conferences, Depositions, and Alternative Dispute Resolutions.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury law, with compensation based on experience.
  • Proficiency in case management software.
  • Strong organizational skills and a solid work ethic, thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
