Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth evaluations of client requirements to deliver tailored estate planning strategies.
- Oversee the preparation and finalization of client documentation, ensuring precision, compliance, and legal integrity.
- Enhance client satisfaction by fostering positive relationships and providing a superior experience.
- Stay updated on regulatory developments to maintain compliance and uphold the firm's reputation.
- Utilize the firm's matter management system to document case notes and track time effectively.
- Promote and exemplify the firm's core values and culture.
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of team members.
- Facilitate weekly division meetings to discuss progress and strategies.
- Regularly assess all ongoing matters within the division for budget adherence and status updates.
- Manage team performance through continuous support, feedback, and professional development.
- Provide training and mentorship for both new hires and existing staff.
- Address and resolve any issues related to technology, personnel, or client interactions.
- Drive referral marketing initiatives through existing and past clients while exploring new external opportunities.
- Enhance the firm's visibility in the community by organizing and participating in events such as webinars and marketing campaigns.
- Evaluate service quality and productivity to ensure client satisfaction and recommend enhancements.
- Develop and implement streamlined processes for efficient client case management.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in estate planning, probate, ALTCS/Medicaid Planning, Guardianships, and Conservatorships.
- Proficient in drafting estate planning documents and preparing probate submissions.
- Commitment to client service and building strong client relationships.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to listen and solve problems effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with intake staff and paralegals.
- Dependability and reliability are essential.
Compensation
The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience, starting at $135,000 to $160,000, with additional compensation based on division performance. A comprehensive benefits package is offered, including 401K with matching, health and dental insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for referral bonuses. Continuing legal education expenses will be covered. This position offers a hybrid work environment with designated in-office days.
