Position Overview

The Law Offices of Brandon White, PLLC is seeking a Senior Estate Planning Attorney to lead our Estate Planning Division. This role is pivotal in the formulation and execution of comprehensive estate planning documents while managing the daily functions of the division. The ideal candidate will ensure that clients receive exceptional service throughout their engagement with our firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth evaluations of client requirements to deliver tailored estate planning solutions.
  • Review and finalize client documentation with a strong emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and legal standards.
  • Enhance client experiences to foster enduring relationships.
  • Stay updated on regulatory developments to maintain compliance and safeguard the firm's reputation.
  • Document case notes and track time using the firm's case management system.
  • Promote and exemplify the firm's core values and culture.
  • Oversee and manage the daily activities of team members.
  • Facilitate weekly team meetings to discuss progress and strategies.
  • Regularly assess all ongoing matters within the division for budget adherence and status updates.
  • Manage team performance through continuous support, coaching, and feedback on performance and conduct.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for both new hires and existing staff.
  • Address and resolve challenges related to technology, personnel, or client interactions within the division.
  • Drive referral marketing initiatives through existing and past clients while exploring new external opportunities.
  • Enhance the firm's visibility in the community by organizing and participating in events such as webinars and marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by evaluating service quality and productivity, and suggesting improvements.
  • Develop and implement streamlined processes for effective client case management within the firm's systems.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in estate planning, probate, ALTCS/Medicaid Planning, Guardianships, and Conservatorships.
  • Proficient in drafting estate planning documents and preparing probate submissions.
  • Commitment to client service and fostering excellent client relationships.
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to empathize and solve problems effectively.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with intake and paralegal staff.
  • Reliability and dependability are essential.

Compensation

The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience, starting at $135,000 to $160,000, with additional compensation opportunities based on division performance. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401K plan with matching contributions, health and dental insurance, paid time off, and referral bonuses. Continuing legal education expenses will be covered for approved courses. This position allows for a hybrid work environment with some required in-office days.
