- Conducting comprehensive evaluations of client requirements to deliver tailored estate planning solutions.
- Reviewing and finalizing client documentation with an emphasis on precision, compliance, and legal integrity.

- Staying updated on regulatory changes to ensure adherence and safeguard the firm's reputation.
- Documenting case notes and tracking time through the firm's matter management system.
- Promoting and embodying the firm's core values and culture.
- Supervising the daily workflow of team members and managing performance through ongoing support and feedback.
- Leading weekly division meetings and regularly reviewing open matters for budget and progress.
- Facilitating training and development for both new and existing staff.
- Addressing and resolving issues related to technology, personnel, or client matters.
- Driving referral marketing initiatives through current and past clients while seeking new external sources.
- Enhancing the firm's community presence through events, webinars, and marketing initiatives.
- Evaluating service quality and productivity to ensure client satisfaction and recommending improvements.
- Developing and implementing efficient processes for client case management within the firm's systems.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in estate planning, probate, ALTCS/Medicaid Planning, Guardianships, and Conservatorships.
- Experience in drafting estate planning documents and preparing probate filings.
- A commitment to serving clients and fostering excellent client relationships.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- A solid work ethic and self-starter mentality.
- Reliability and dependability.
