Role Overview

As an Enterprise Sales Director at Lumen, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new sales opportunities, providing product solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction to maximize sales for the company.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed established sales and revenue quotas in designated target markets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with acquired and existing customers to attain additional business and retain existing revenue.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive account plans and strategies to win new business from new and existing accounts.
  • Provide accurate and detailed weekly forecast funnels of identified and proposed opportunities to meet or exceed sales quota requirements.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of industry sales experience.
  • Strong communication, written, and formal presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the telecom industry's competitive landscape.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com is preferred.
Compensation

The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.

Location-based pay ranges are as follows: $89,670 - $149,440 in NJ.
