What to Anticipate:

As a Laboratory Technician at Didion Inc., you can expect an engaging and dynamic work experience. Initially, you will receive extensive training to help you understand our laboratory protocols and procedures. Your primary duties will include conducting a variety of tests, analyses, and experiments to support our research and development initiatives in the food ingredient sector. Daily tasks will involve sample preparation, data collection, and accurate documentation of results.

Maintaining a clean and organized laboratory space while adhering to safety regulations will also be part of your responsibilities. Working alongside a team of scientists and technicians, you will contribute to ongoing projects and assist in resolving any technical challenges that may arise.

This position operates on a 2-2-3 rotation, requiring 12-hour shifts from 6 PM to 6 AM, which includes a shift premium. This schedule promotes a balanced work-life dynamic and allows for consistent planning of personal commitments.

  • A high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED). While previous quality assurance experience is advantageous, we are open to training motivated individuals eager to learn.

  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential for effective communication with team members within and outside the quality department.

  • Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities are necessary, as you will oversee multiple processes and equipment while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
