Role Expectations:

As a Laboratory Technician at Didion Inc., you will experience a dynamic and stimulating work environment. Initially, you will participate in extensive training to become acquainted with our laboratory protocols and procedures. Your primary duties will include conducting a variety of tests, analyses, and experiments to support our research and development initiatives in the food ingredient sector. Daily responsibilities will encompass sample preparation, data collection, and accurate result documentation.

Maintaining a clean and organized laboratory space while adhering to safety regulations will also be part of your role. You will collaborate with a team of scientists and technicians, contributing to ongoing projects and assisting in resolving any technical challenges that may arise.

This position operates on a 2-2-3 shift rotation, requiring 12-hour shifts from 6 PM to 6 AM, which allows for a balanced work-life schedule and consistency in personal planning.

Qualifications:

To excel as a Laboratory Technician at Didion Inc., candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED). While prior experience in quality assurance is advantageous, we are open to training motivated individuals eager to learn.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with internal teams and cross-departmental communication.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required for effective interaction with team members.
