Miller Impact:

As a Miller, you will play a vital role in the production process of milling grains into various products. You will be responsible for operating milling machinery, monitoring production processes, and ensuring the quality and consistency of the final products.

This position offers an opportunity to join a dynamic team in the food production industry and contribute to the production of high-quality milled products.

Shift: 6am-6pm OR 6pm-6am

4 days on/4 days off

Responsibilities:

  1. Operate milling equipment according to standard operating procedures.
  2. Monitor milling processes to ensure efficient operation and product quality.
  3. Adjust milling machinery settings as needed to achieve desired product specifications.
  4. Perform routine maintenance tasks on milling equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  5. Conduct quality control checks on milled products to ensure compliance with specifications.
  6. Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs as necessary.
  7. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in the milling area.
  8. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
  9. Keep accurate records of production activities and equipment maintenance.
  10. Collaborate with other team members to optimize production efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Previous experience operating milling equipment preferred.
  3. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  6. Good communication skills.
  7. Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and perform physically demanding tasks.
  8. Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices is a plus.
