Shift: Wednesday - Friday and e/o Saturday 5:45pm-6am ($3/hr shift premium)

OR

Sunday - Tuesday and e/o Saturday 5:45pm-6am ($3/hr shift premium)

What we're looking for in a Production Technician

To be successful as a Biofuels Technician at Didion Inc., there are several key skills and qualifications required. A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is necessary, while a technical school certificate or degree in a related field is a plus, though not required. The ability to follow established processes, particularly in a manufacturing environment with a strong safety culture, is crucial. As a Biofuels Technician, you will need to demonstrate the ability to quickly learn new tasks and procedures. Attention to detail is paramount, along with the initiative to take action when necessary.

A basic level of driving skills is required, and forklift driving experience is a welcomed asset. Additionally, general computer competency is needed for tasks such as HMI interface usage, label creation, receipt selection, and schedule selection. As a Biofuels Technician, you will often work autonomously, relying on critical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills to complete assigned tasks safely and without direct supervision. Demonstrating personal initiative and maintaining a collaborative, team player approach is essential. Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is vital for effective communication with team members within and external to the Ethanol Plant.
