Your Responsibilities:

As a Laboratory Technician at Didion Inc., you will engage in a dynamic work environment. You will begin with thorough training to understand our laboratory protocols and procedures. Your key duties will include:

  • Performing Tests and Analyses: Support our research and development initiatives in the food ingredient sector.
  • Preparing Samples and Collecting Data: Ensure precise documentation of results.
  • Maintaining Laboratory Cleanliness and Order: Adhere to safety regulations.
  • Collaborating with Scientists and Technicians: Contribute to ongoing projects and assist in resolving technical challenges.

You will operate on a 2-2-3 schedule, with 12-hour shifts from 6 PM to 6 AM (including a $3/hour shift premium). This arrangement supports a balanced work-life routine and provides stability for your personal commitments.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

To excel as a Laboratory Technician at Didion Inc., you should possess:

  • A High School Diploma or GED: Previous experience in quality assurance is advantageous, but we are open to training enthusiastic candidates.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and communicate across departments.
  • Fluency in English: Essential for effective interaction within and outside the quality department.
  • A Positive and Proactive Attitude: Along with a commitment to excellence and humility.
  • Excellent Multitasking and Prioritization Abilities: To manage multiple processes while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Capability to Work Independently: Proven ability to think critically, resolve issues, and troubleshoot challenges safely and effectively.
