Account Executive Job Description

At Fastwyre Broadband, we are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our commercial clients and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Create, implement, and monitor effective marketing plans and sales strategies to meet and exceed business objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Cost Estimation: Provide accurate cost estimates for the installation and maintenance of telecom equipment and services.
  • Order Management: Prepare, write, and submit precise orders and sales contracts.
  • Product Consultation: Offer expert advice on product design and customization to meet client needs.
  • Post-Sale Support: Engage with clients post-sale to address issues and provide ongoing support.
  • Sales and Negotiation: Assess client needs, recommend suitable telecom products/services, and negotiate terms to close sales.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted prospecting and cold calling.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to address customer needs and resolve issues related to service, products, and billing.
  • Proposal Preparation: Develop compelling sales proposals and presentations to drive revenue.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Coordinate with the Marketing team to enhance materials and identify target areas for promotional campaigns.
  • Community Engagement: Represent the company professionally in the community and identify potential areas for economic development.
Requirements:
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients, team members, and vendors.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing processes.
  • Teamwork: Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptability: Embrace change and foster innovative solutions to overcome challenges.
  • CPNI Compliance: Knowledge of Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI) regulations and procedures.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule as needed to meet customer demands.
Education and Experience:
  • Required: Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience; 5 years of sales and Customer service experience; valid driver's license.
  • Preferred: Telecommunications experience and/or sales experience with small to medium-sized business clients.
