Job Title: Account Executive

Are you a sales professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for building relationships and driving business growth? We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Executive to join our team at Aston Carter.

About the Role:

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with our Business Development Managers and other account development executives to achieve sales targets and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit local businesses to join our delivery program
  • Work alongside Business Development Managers and other local account development executives
  • Pitch the program opportunity to prospective businesses
  • Qualify the business and guide them through the application process
  • Drive referrals through community organizations and coordinate recruitment events
Requirements:
  • 1-2+ years of experience in outside sales
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Strong presentation and pitching skills
  • Ability to manage pipeline and track lead activity
  • Collaboration with team members and community organizations
Work Environment:

This role requires travel within market and significant door-to-door walking in targeted zip codes typically within urban centers and surrounding areas.
