Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and friendly individual to join our team as a Guest Service Agent. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process guest arrivals and departures, handling check-in and check-out procedures with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist guests with room assignments, amenities, and services, ensuring they have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
  • Manage guest records, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Perform cash handling and other front desk duties, including handling guest payments and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and a positive guest experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and team members.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems, procedures, and technologies.
