Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at DoubleTree Suites Phoenix Airport. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions with guests and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the front desk operations, including guest check-in and check-out, room assignments, and key control.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supervise and train front desk staff, ensuring they meet the highest standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including complaints and compliments.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of guest services.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a hotel front office or customer service role, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk procedures, guest services, and revenue management.
