Front Desk Concierge

HOAMCO is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Concierge to join our team at One Lexington in Phoenix, AZ. As a key member of our community association management team, you will provide exceptional service to our residents, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable living experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the community management team
  • Respond to resident inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist residents with various tasks, including registering vehicles and creating fobs
  • Monitor security cameras and report any concerns to the General Manager or Assistant Manager
  • Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality when handling resident information
  • Create incident reports as needed
  • Maintain the front desk/lobby area in a clean and organized manner
  • Utilize excellent customer service skills when greeting visitors and residents
  • Manage and track incoming and outgoing packages
  • Check in guests and vendors to ensure a secure building
  • Stay up-to-date on Association Community Rules
Requirements:
  • Superior customer service skills
  • A positive and friendly attitude
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Advanced communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to proactively identify issues and resolve them before they become problems
  • Exceptional time management and ability to work independently
  • Proficient in various computer programs, including MS Office
  • Customer service experience required
  • HOA and/or Property Management experience is a plus
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
  • Work in a typical office environment, using a computer
  • Sit and/or stand for lengthy periods of time
  • Walk throughout the property as needed
  • Complete shift responsibility checklist
  • Able to lift objects weighing up to 30 pounds
