Front Desk Ambassador

At HOAMCO, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Concierge to join our team at One Lexington in Phoenix, AZ. As a Front Desk Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our residents and guests, providing exceptional service and support to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the front desk team, including responding to resident inquiries, processing packages, and maintaining a clean and organized lobby area.
- Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality when handling resident information.
- Monitor security cameras and report any concerns to the General Manager or Assistant Manager.
- Assist residents with registering vehicles, creating fobs, and filling out forms.
- Utilize excellent customer service skills to greet visitors and residents, and manage incoming and outgoing packages.
- Stay up-to-date on Association Community Rules and ensure compliance.
- Participate in special projects as assigned by the General Manager or Assistant Manager.
- Superior customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to proactively identify issues and resolve problems before they arise.
- Exceptional time management and ability to work independently.
- Proficient in various computer programs, including MS Office.
- Customer service experience required; HOA and/or Property Management experience a plus.
Work in a typical office environment, using a computer. Sit and/or stand for lengthy periods of time. Walking throughout the property as needed. Able to lift objects weighing up to 30 pounds.
