Your Opportunity

Sidel is in search of a Maintenance Project Coordinator to oversee service agreements across North America. In this capacity, you will be tasked with managing service contracts, ensuring timely and comprehensive delivery while maintaining customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include the preparation, execution, and oversight of service agreements, along with regular updates and progress reports to clients. You will also be expected to monitor, control, and forecast industrial margins throughout the life of the agreements. Your Mission

Prepare, execute, and oversee service agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and complete delivery of the agreement's scope, while providing regular updates to clients. Review the scope, performance indicators, and any asset performance metrics at the initiation of maintenance agreements. Track incurred costs and margin deviations, ensuring overall profitability of the agreements. Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss contract activities and progress. Ensure customer satisfaction by adhering to planning compliance, quality of work, and performance metrics. Plan and coordinate field operations, spare parts deliveries, and overall supply as per the agreements, including preventive and corrective maintenance, technical visits, and training sessions. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with corporate guidelines. Collaborate with financial controllers to validate sales recognition, industrial margins, and overall agreement profitability throughout the contract duration. Identify opportunities for upselling additional services during the course of the agreements, adjusting contractual scope and invoicing as necessary. Manage warranty costs and interventions related to maintenance agreements, following established processes. Coordinate additional services sold during the maintenance agreement, such as training programs and line improvements.

Your Profile

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of French and/or Italian is advantageous. Technical understanding of Sidel products and complete line equipment is a plus. Strong communication skills to foster excellent customer relationships. Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B service activities within a technological context. At least 3 years of experience in after-sales, maintenance, or production sectors. Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment. High proficiency in Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams) and Adobe Acrobat Professional. Experience with SAP is preferred. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with a foundational understanding of accounting, change management capabilities, and a proactive approach. Strong communication skills to establish professional relationships with central and regional teams. Self-motivated and driven individual.
