Key ResponsibilitiesSupervision of Electrical Maintenance: Lead the electrical maintenance initiatives for the designated market. Oversee and guide electricians and assistants, ensuring effective collaboration with the Engineering Department and Operations Managers on electrical projects and enhancements.
Task Allocation: Distribute responsibilities for the installation, upkeep, and repair of electrical systems, including motors, generators, control panels, and safety devices, both in workshops and at operational sites.
Diagram Preparation: Create detailed diagrams or sketches for complex tasks, suggesting design modifications as necessary.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve electrical power challenges, coordinating resources and teams to address issues efficiently. Maintain power supply lines as needed.
Electrical Circuit Design: Develop electrical circuits utilizing advanced components such as solenoids, switches, and relays.
Training: Facilitate training sessions for Continuous Electrical Maintenance (CEM).
QualificationsEssential Skills:
Experience: A minimum of five years in electrical roles, with supervisory experience and comprehensive electrical expertise.
Knowledge Base: In-depth understanding of electrical codes, plant equipment, and electric shop mathematics. Proficient in handling both high and low tension power systems and adept with testing instruments.
Licensing: An unrestricted Electrical License in the State of Georgia is preferred.
