Sidel is looking for a Maintenance Project Coordinator to oversee maintenance agreements across North America. In this position, you will be tasked with managing the execution of maintenance contracts, ensuring timely and complete service delivery while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include the preparation, execution, and supervision of maintenance agreements, along with regular updates and progress reports to clients. Furthermore, you will be responsible for monitoring, controlling, and forecasting industrial margins throughout the duration of these agreements. Your Mission
Prepare, execute, and manage maintenance agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and complete delivery of contractual obligations, along with regular reporting of progress and job updates. Review the scope, performance indicators, and any relevant metrics at the commencement of maintenance agreements. Monitor costs and margin deviations, taking accountability for the overall profitability of agreements. Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss contract activities and progress updates. Ensure customer satisfaction by adhering to planning compliance, work quality, and performance standards. Plan and coordinate field activities, spare parts deliveries, and overall supply in accordance with the agreements. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with corporate guidelines. Collaborate with financial controllers to validate sales recognition, industrial margins, and overall agreement profitability. Identify opportunities for upselling additional services during the agreement period, adjusting contractual scope and invoicing as necessary. Manage warranty costs and interventions related to maintenance agreements, following established processes. Oversee and coordinate additional services sold during the maintenance agreement, including training programs and line improvements.Your Profile
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of French and/or Italian is advantageous. Technical understanding of Sidel products and complete line equipment is a plus. Strong communication skills to foster excellent customer relationships. Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B service activities within a technological environment. At least 3 years of experience in after-sales, maintenance, or production roles. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. High proficiency in Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams) and Adobe Acrobat Professional. Experience with SAP is preferred. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with a basic understanding of accounting principles. Self-motivated and driven individual.
