Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our wholesale and retail customers, answering their questions about our products, and recommending solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service to wholesale and retail customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist customers in person and over the phone, determining their needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, following company policies and procedures.
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, driving business growth and revenue.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date work order files and formulas, ensuring seamless operations.
- Pull products from the sales floor or warehouse, tint and mix products as needed, and stock shelves and set up displays.
- Load and unload delivery trucks, assist with deliveries, and maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas.
- Remain knowledgeable about products offered, discussing available options and suggesting ways to improve sales.
- Comply with inventory control procedures, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
- Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.
